Apprenticeship

The NECA/IBEW Apprenticeship Program provides training and education to those interested in becoming Journeyman Wireman Electricians. As a NECA/IBEW apprentice, the apprentice attends classes and are paid for their hours, both in the classroom and on the job site. The apprenticeship program is also taught by the best instructors who have experience in the field of training. The program is focused on mastering core competencies, code and safety standards, and on the job training for real-world experience in various sectors of the industry.
